I had an exceptional stay at Shola Crown Resort, Munnar. The rooms were spacious and luxurious, offering a high level of comfort. The infinity pool was a highlight, providing stunning views of the surrounding natural beauty. The food at the resort was delicious and reasonably priced. The secluded location provided a peaceful and serene atmosphere. The staff went above and beyond to ensure I had a wonderful time, quickly resolving any issues that arose.

One specific situation that stood out was when I took a trip arranged by the hotel. Unfortunately, I had to turn back 5km into the trip as I had forgotten something.

The hotel's location is worth mentioning, as it's within proximity to major attractions, but be warned, it's on a slope prone to falls. the view from the infinity pool is breathtaking and definitely a highlight. the rooms are spacious and the food is a plus. the breakfast choice doesn't cater to everyone.

The staff's attitude towards guests' issues is disappointing.

If you love being surrounded by nature, this is the perfect retreat for you. the natural beauty around the hotel is breathtaking, and the luxury amenities and service make it even better. the local dishes were a highlight, especially the tapioca and fish curry. Excursions were less crowded and beautiful. the staff were friendly and always willing to help with everything. the rooms were clean, well, equipped, and very comfortable. Don't miss the fantastic night, time experience on the balcony with the mist.

The location is a little remote, and the journey to Munnar takes almost two hours, so it's not recommended if you're visiting Munnar town. the limited accessibility might be a downside for those looking to explore further.
